Anyone can make changes to a place in Waze. It does not require a special editing privilege. If the venue is locked, the suggested changes made by anyone will pop up on our screens for approval.

Sorry, but every field is locked and I don’t see any possibility to make suggestions. That’s why I asked for help. Thank you!

I believe a place has to be within your editable area to be able to suggest a change
