As you said, I can’t delete the segment.
Also, now, the right turn from des Champs to Delisle going south has changed to not allowed, but it is. However, the road is level 2: https://waze.com/editor?env=usa&lat=48.44343&lon=-71.07014&zoomLevel=19&segments=60544717

I delete the segment
I lowered Rue des Champs so you can update turn restriction.

As for the right turn, the way the map is drawn makes it seem so, but, in reality, the two streets meet at a 90-degree angle now.
