Sir, i double checked the report and found that if any changes are to be made no unlocks are necessary since changes would be made on a a small segment (https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=row&lon=121.09579&lat=14.68836&layers=933&zoom=7&segments=167499527) that separates it from the locked street. Sorry for this omission.
