Thanks. The wording in the sticky post is “post your editor rank in your request” which I read as my rank. I appreciate the clarification because the sticky make me think otherwise.
Indeed, that is confusing. It should say to include your editor rank in the body of your request, and the rank of editor needed to unlock/fix it in the subject. The idea behind having the needed editor rank in the subject line is to that, for instance, if you’re an L3 or L4, you can skim down the list and skip all the ones which require an L5, without clicking on each one needlessly. Also, it gives the higher rank editors an opportunity to leave something for the L3s and 4s to do… I will bring up the wording of the sticky with AlanOfTheBerg, and see if he thinks a modification is in order…
