Can someone unlock these roads so I can fix them?
We seem to have a lot of roads locked at Rank 3 lately.
I am Rank 2, about 6,000 edits.

I must be blind… I don’t see any issue currently.
Note: No segment was selected, so I was not able to determine which turn (or straight) restriction was bad.
