Is the restriction weekdays or all week?

There are certainly some country wide editors that will address straight forward unlock and update requests that will read the update/unlock forum but may take awhile to get around to reading the Virginia forum if they do at all. Personally, I’m happy to use whatever works.
I always interpret those restrictions (i.e., ones during the normal local rush hours and/or school hours) as M-F unless the sign explicitly says otherwise.
Well if anyone pass by there and can tell what the sign explicitly says, then feel free to update the restriction.
