Out of my editing area.
There is a UR in Clifton, NJ but it is not for Clifton. I’m including two PLs, one to the UR, and for your convenience, one for the area that actually needs to be edited, with I think the correct segment selected.
You’ll need to have editing rights in both areas. If you only have irghts in Morristown, I guess I could just close the UR for you when you are done. The junction includes rank 3 roads, but I don’t know if they will affect this edit, so you may be able to do the edit with lower rank.
