Done. Please review. Also there were few orphan segments.

Options:

  1. Leave it like it is and see what happens.
  2. Since those segments are level 1, I should be able to delete them and reconnect them but bypass the junction by going 1 level lower or upper. That intersection is a no turn ( at the intersection itself ) junction.

I’m leaning towards 2.

Otherwise the intersection is fine.
