Fixed.

What’s less clear is whether the left turn from Christopher Ct to Grove St is allowed. I have it enabled right now, since I can’t find any SV evidence of it being prohibited.

Can we assume the Left turn onto Grove St is legal, being that there is a break by the yellow lines at Christopher Ct?

I wouldn’t assume based on the image.

I did enable it based on not seeing any evidence of it being prohibited. We can’t always go by the break in the striping. For example, if the subdivision had to pay for creating that barrier that prevents entering traffic, the county likely never got involved in restriping the crossing road (Grove St) there, so the stripes would remain open regardless of whether or not the turn is allowed.
