Please unlock or lower lock to level 2 for the North and South bound segments of Ashford Dunwoody Rd just south of the intersection with Hammond Drive.

Reason:
Need to make adjustments to the intersection to correct issue associated with two misrouting reports currently open in the vicinity.

Thanks! Could I get you to unlock the leg on the right side of that intersection? I have two reports of southbound drivers being routed to the right on Hammond and then told to perform a u-turn right back to the intersection to turn south on Ashford Dunwoody. I am thinking that if the intersection were set up like a ‘#’ sign that this will correct the issue. This is how the intersection looks on Bing maps.

I went ahead and unlocked it but I’m not sure that will fix the problem. Keep in mind that just because the roads are mapped a certain way on bing or google doesn’t mean they should be that way here. The segment (67139047) between the two sides of Hammond Dr probably needs to be shortened.

Make sure that you change the city and state to none for this segment. Also change to primary rd. If you leave the segment red it will not appear on the app.

Looks good now. Glad I could help. One last thing to look at is this segment needs the right turn disabled because you have a right turn lane.
