The straight arrow and Leftmost arrow to jug-handle are marked RED here and should be Changed to allow those turns. You can bear this out with SV and the 2 recent URs. Also the street name on that segment is inconsistent and appears wrong.

Please unlock or fix. I included SR-35 S just in case a change occurs with St name change.
