I am rank 3, the update requires a rank 5. The 110 freeway express lanes, which have been toll lanes for the last year or so now, are not actually marked as “toll road.” I’ve permalinked the south entrance and the first few segments, but I cannot find any segment along the express lanes that have been check marked as toll.
