Wazers passing thru this segment are instructed to " stay on right for 46 " .
This is because this left turn lane is labeled US-46. Drivers needing to stay straight thru are instructed to " keep right " if they need to go beyond N Beverwyck Rd.
Options:
Because of the length of this segment, it could be treat this as a connector, by removing the name of " US-46 ", and downgrading the road type to a primary st. That should in effect keep waze from instructing a keep right at this junction and for those who need to make a left will be given an
" Exit left " TTS instructions.
Just removing the " US-46 " from this segment would also suffice and keep TTS from giving any directions at this junction.
I like option 2 better. The ensuing " Exit left " from option 1 may confuse people.
Of note, I see this but not as often as I would expect.
There really is no best option here. I got few UR’s without those segments. However, I removed the names on those segments. I will re-visit or even try to drive there and check it once the map updates.
