Turns from Bryn Mawr Ave onto Union Ave (going south/west) are “Do Not Enter” 4PM-6PM. There is currently no time based restriction. The signs are visible in street view.

Additionally, turns from Bryn Mawr Ave onto Aberdale Rd/Upland Ter (in both directions) are Do Not Enter (7AM-9AM onto Aberdale - 4PM-6PM fpr Upland Ter) but don’t have a time based restriction (one of the turns is marked as red right now).

Also, if I can ask, is there a reason this stretch of Bryn Mawr Ave is locked at level 5? The rest of Bryn Mawr Ave is locked at 1 and this stretch doesn’t connect to any highways/freeways or primary roads. I’m still pretty new at map editing so I would appreciate the info (my best guess right now is that before the time based restriction option was implemented (which I believe happened pretty recently), people were constantly switching whether these turns were restricted or unrestricted and it was locked to prevent that).
