Would like to have these 3 segments unlocked to fix the left turn from exit 54 of I-80 onto Minnisink Rd. At the end of the exit, left and right turns are both allowed.

This is most likely what caused the driver to report the General Error on April 27 when they were trying to drive to 250 Minnisink Rd from I-80 East.
