The following segment needs to be deleted. It is connected to a Level 5 locked segment, and I’m level 3. I placed restrictions on the segment to stop routing on it in the meantime.

May I ask why it needs to be deleted?

There was a UR here that said it was a dead end. Looking at the Wilson GIS, that appears accurate. I cleared the UR after I added the restriction.
