Need to unlock two segments of US-52S so that missing on ramp can be added in order to resolve UR. It looks like this ramp was once here and somehow got removed. There was construction on it at one time, but it is open again.

You may either unlock to Rank 3, or please feel free to add the missing on-ramp from MLK Jr Dr to US-52S.
