Recently added toll segment not recognised by the tool

Hi team!

I have a problem with segment which are tagged as toll in WME but are not recognised as such in the toll tool I have on example here:

Newly added (4 weeks ago) exit ramp, everything was set up correctly in the matrix, but it’s like the toll tool (or something else) does not recognise it as a toll segment (in the playground, it does not appear is orange). Any idea what may be wrong? some DB not correctly updated on the tool side?

The database in the toll tool is not updated regularly. It is a very slow, manual process from what I understand.

While it may not work in the playground because of this, it should still work in the app.

I don’t think that the shown segments on the Playground have any influence on the provided prices by the playground (for a while the loading/showing was not working at all, but the price computation was).

Well, anyway, the calculation for the 1st segment doesn’t work…. 4 weeks after the file being adapted.

For the second, I only uploaded the file today so that’s normal if it doesn’t calculate yet.
