Registration failure?

Issues:

  • waze dashboard shows 0 points, though my client shows over 3000
  • no routes showing up in my web application
  • username length

I downloaded waze on my iPhone. I registered through the application which let me use my 3 letter username. I signed onto the website and tried to update my details. The web application complained about the length of my username which i promptly changed.

What am I doing wrong?

You aren’t doing anything wrong, provided that your login on-site and in-client is the same. We’ve been having trouble with points not showing on the Dashboard, but the data needed to calculate them is still on the server. Once it’s all worked out, you’ll have your points.
