Remove Address on Waze

Hi everyone,

don’t know who can/could assist me in this matter.

I work for a company that currently has an address listed on waze for one of their showrooms, however, this showroom has permanently closed and some customers are accidentally going to this address.

Is someone able to remove it from the Waze Map Editor?Officine Gullo Luxury Kitchens730 Jumeirah St - Umm Suqeim - Jumeirah 3 - Dubai - Emirati Arabi Uniti

Thank you for reaching out to us, And sorry to let you face this :oops:

I have checked the place you referring to, and found that its 100% not a waze issue as “officine Gullo Luxury Kitchens” place not existed in waze.

However the place was exist in Google Maps with note that “Permanently closed”, this why it still appears in waze search (External providers).

But here is the good news :smiley: : I have contacted Google Maps and they already deleted it last night. So no more customers will be routed there with WAZE . :mrgreen:
