I have tried to make an edit using Waze Map Editor and I cannot figure out how to make that happen.
We have closed one of our locations and need to remove it from the Waze Map.
The correct address for Blue Heron Acupuncture & Apothecary is 711 Saint Andrews Boulevard, Charleston. The 1300 Hospital Drive, Mount Pleasant does not exist anymore and needs to be removed.
Can you please assist?

I apologize for the delayed response. I was not aware that our feed to the forum was broken at some point.
The result being displayed in Waze is coming from Google Maps. I’ve asked for Google to remove it on their end which would also remove it on Waze. It should be removed within a few days. In the meantime, I have linked the incorrect Mount Pleasant result to the West Ashley one so both results should now route to St. Andrews Blvd on Waze.
