The portion of Bennett Bridge Road between Abbott Road and Gaviat Road is unsafe. This portion of the road is NOT maintained by the town. It is washed out, rutted, and filled with ice and is steep. Many cars and delivery vehicles get stuck on this because GPS recommends this route. Please remove this portion from your routes! Screenshot attached.

I’ve set the portion of Bennett Bridge Rd north of #122 to Abbott Rd as off-road/not-maintained. This will be reflected in the app within a few days.
Please note that this change is only in Waze. It will not impact Google Maps. I’ve made a request for it to be updated there, but the Waze volunteer map editors are just regular Google Maps users. I don’t know if or when that change may be made in Google Maps.
