See my announcement in the latest news topic. You can register yourself voor reporting this kind of events. If you add these reports for all important roads that go to the center where it’s car free (is that a english woord :wink: ), we will approve them…

I suggest to set the startdate of these events a day before the official day…

Please post a message in this topic so we know your done with adding the reports…

The road is closed in both directions due to roadworks.
Startpoint: intersection Tiensestraat-Doelstraat-Tommestraat-Ernest Ourystraat

Op 16 september zijn de volgende steden en gemeenten autovrij: Aarstelaar, Antwerpen, Asse, Blankenberge, Brugge, Brussel, Gent, Halle, Ham, Herne, Hoogstraten, Lier, Lommel, Mechelen, Ninove, Pepingen, Sint-Martens-Latem, Ternat, Vilvoorde, Wevelgem, Zemst. Op 23 september volgen Meise, Essen, Tremelo en Izegem. Sint-Truiden organiseert een Autovrije Zondag op 30 september. Via onderstaande kan je een overzicht van alle deelnemende steden en gemeenten vinden.

In totaal doen 23 steden en gemeenten mee. De Autoloze Zondag geldt voor iedereen, behalve voor het openbaar vervoer, taxi’s, bussen en hulp-, orde- en openbare diensten.

I posted some road works on the new FTW-site last sunday, but wazebot didn’t upload them (yet?).
When do they appear?

If a feed manager approved them, they appear. Currently only peter, robin and I can do this. That’s why we asked to post a message in this thread to request us to do the approval :wink:

I’m getting a report pushed to my phone whenever someone posts an event.

I’ve submitted road works in Bertem. 2 roads are closed (Dorpstraat and Boske). More info here.

Dear Mods, I feeded the waze but I have new information (road will be closed for extra 4 months). Can I edit the event myself?

It’s only possible to edit as a feed manager. You can post changes in the forum…

OK, 2 weeks ago I posted road works in the Sint-Lievenstunnel Gent (https://world.waze.com/editor/?lon=3.7371&lat=51.03859&zoom=6&layers=BFTFTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTFT)
Yesterdag they anounced that the road works will be finished in March 2013 and not november 2012. Can you change the end date please?

I don’t see my road works update arount Bertem. I know you’re busy but I just wanted to know if my FTW request was submitted successfully because I can’t see it on the map.

There’s only 1 event in the database reported by you. It is allready expired.

Hope this time it’s ok. The works are actually cutting 2 roads, so I’ve submitted 2 events.

Road : Turnhoutsebaan

Works are at Fase 4 from crossing Gallifortlei until crossing Lundenstraat until the end of 2012.
Fase 5 will start then from crossing Lundenstraat until crossing Leeuwlantstraat.
