Our house, 1909 Foxview Cir NW, is a corner house inside of a circular road. Waze driving directions take drivers around the corner from the front door. Drivers get to that location and only see a retaining wall and no clear way to get to our house. The driving directions should end around the corner to a spot across the street from 1912 Foxview Cir NW. I have tried to use the editor myself to fix this but none of my changes have worked. I appreciate your help with this. Thanks!
We have the map set so that routes to 1909 Foxview Cir NW should stop roughly opposite 1916. To confirm, please remove this address from your list of past trips, and also from your Favorites (I.e., Home); then do a new search in Waze. If you don’t do this, Waze will keep routing you to the incorrect coordinates stored in your phone’s memory.
Thanks very much for your help with this. I tried it again in an incognito browser so that it didn’t have anything in memory. Driving directions still ended at the wrong place around the corner. I can see in the editor that the entry point is in the correct location, but that isn’t where the driving directions end. Anything you can do to help us resolve this would be much appreciated.
Sorry, I should have been more specific. When I said to “search” for the address, I meant by typing it in the search bar in the Waze app on your phone. Searching on the Waze website will not always produce the same results as searching in the app, and should not be relied upon.
I didn’t know that. It is working correctly in the app. Thanks very much for your help!!
