Dear Admin,

Good Day.

May I know how to change company name on the waze? Previous company has closed down. And I just taking over with new company name. Please help me.

This one you just add it? I suggest you use the “PLACE” report function in the app to add the shop. Take a nice photo of the exterior of the place (no selfie, no visible car plate number), name it properly (Title Case unless it’s an acronym), add in the address (road name and shop lot number) and send it again.

No I didn’t add in. Previous company named is KL Warehouse Direct Selling, now changed to Racus Trading.

I’m trying to use place report function to add unfortunately the address is not correct.

Is it possible for you to help me change the name & contact number only?

this is a guarantee reject.

No place name, no street name (you could choose Jalan Maju Jaya or Jalan PJS 1/17, which ever is the correct one assuming the location of this place)

OK, I think I better use app to add place. So if I use your app, may I know how do I send permalink to you? Where to copy?
