Request to change route to a specific location

Hi! Apologies if i am in the wrong forum as i am very new to this type of format.

I just wanted to see if I can request to change the route to my business as there will be a PERMANENT road closure to the supposedly main route/road towards my business.

The road is called Hanging Bridge St. and is located at Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan.
