Dear partner,
We are reaching out to you on behalf of Buzz Coffee & Tea to inform you of a property content change that has yet to be updated on your site. We’d like to report a duplicate listing of Buzz Coffee & Tea on the Waze map. Map editor: https://www.waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lon=-111.511258684738&lat=40.615957082545&zoomLevel=19&venues=162857366.1628508126.20722717&tab=feature_editor
The main listing for this place already exists and is synced from Google. (https://www.waze.com/live-map/directions/us/ut/park-city/buzz-coffee-and-tea?to=place.ChIJD2O_LO5zUocRzGWcuapthLM)
Unfortunately, there is no point on Map editor.
Could you please remove the duplicate listing and keep only the primary one (from Google)?
Thank you for your help and support!
Best regards,
Your PropertyVIEW® Content Verification Services Team
Hello, @hotelport ,
I’m afraid I do not understand what you are requesting. Buzz Coffee & Tea at the Montage Deer Valley is already properly mapped on Waze and linked to the corresponding Google Maps POI, as shown:
There is no duplicate location mapped on WME, and a search in the app shows only 1 relevant result.
I do not see the problem. What is the issue you are trying to have fixed? Please be aware that the Waze Livemap website does not necessarily show the same search results or routing as the app.
Are you asking us to remove the place from Waze completely, so that only the Google venue shows up in search?
Hello Travis and Mike,
Thank you for your reply. I understand your point regarding the app results. However, when I search on the Waze Live Map website, I still see two separate listings for Buzz Coffee & Tea:
Listing 1
Listing 2
If this behavior is expected and there is no actual issue from your perspective, that’s fine with me. I just wanted to bring it to your attention in case it might be confusing for other users.
Best regards,
PropertyVIEW
These links are not to the Waze Map Editor. The first link is to the place in Waze. The second is to the place in Google Maps. As you can tell from the photos, they are actually linked and navigating in Waze will go to the Waze place that we have mapped.
Here it is in WME.
