Requesting a PLR in Columbia SC

Howdy,
I edit around Dallas Tx and my wife is in Columbia today on business. Twice when routing back
to her hotel, she’s missed her turn into the hotel. It routes her in front of the Holiday Inn but
by the time it says she’s arrived, she is just passed the street that she needs to turn on to enter the
parking lot. I know I know, if she was paying better attention she’d probably be fine, but that’s
another topic all together.
There’s no direct access to the parking lot from Two Notch Rd. I think adding a PLR to North
Grampian Hills Rd into the front of the Holiday Inn would solve the issue.

I was going to walk her through a UR but thought this might be quicker.

PLRs and PLA added, let her know that it’ll be a day or so for it to show, but if she searches for the place it will take her to North Grampian regardless, she must have had the google pin and not the Waze place.

I"m still a little new to Waze. Could I ask what a PLR and PLA is?
