Residential Adress fix required

My home adress postcode on Waze tajes you to the wrong road 100 feet away pls see attached, can anyone fix this?

Typed in my full address: 2 Green View, Longdon Green,Rugeley, WS15 4PY
2. Ran a second test today at 13:08pm, location was from inside my house, this is problem is reoccurring amongst delivery drivers and taxis trying to find my house.

  1. My search query was my exact address

  2. My home address location, see attached as you can see vis the blue marker you can see my GPS location where am I sitting inside the house and where it’s sending you by mistake up Church Street, Green view is on Lysways Lane.

Looks like Google maps has your house in the wrong place - and Waze asks Google when it doesn’t have any better information of it’s own.
I’ve added your house as a Waze “place” so hopefully it will work now - provided your delivery drivers and taxis use Waze rather than Google :slight_smile:
