Riley Smith Rd - Update Request - Level 2 restriction

Construction has finished on moving the entry way from Riley Smith Rd to the Green Charter School and accompanying shopping center. The old entrance is gone and the new entrance is now between the school and the nearby restaurant building. I can update the parking lot road, but the connecting Riley Smith Rd has a Level 2 restriction.

Hey, Javirup! Welcome to editing! I happen to be one of the state managers for SC and can give you a hand with lowering the lock here so you can fix it yourself. Question for you, first, was there an existing parking lot road (PLR) for this lot before that was deleted?

Thanks, crazycaveman! There was a PLR before that connected Riley Smith Rd and Fairoaks. I didn’t realize until after the fact that I could have moved the junctions (except for the level 2 restriction).
