A permalink of the segments that need to be blocked is always handy… 
As it’s for quite some months, i would suggest to use a time based restriction…
As far as i can see, there is already a time based segment restriction active, for quite some months already:

Then there is a bug, as today, it tries to send me on this road. :mrgreen:
do you have a screenshot or something, because, all routes i try, in the live map, or working as planned…
Unless your destination is on one of these segments or on a segment only to be reached through the ‘closed’ segments…

I notice you’re not having a data connection… Is this always like that, or do you also get that route when having a data connection?
I keep trying via livemap, but always get a good route, and i really don’t say anything weird on the TBSR…
I had data until I passed Bel/Lux border.
In Luxembourg, I do not use roaming.
It was working for me when I was passing here.
