Road closure and missing road in Englewood Cliffs NJ

Hi,

Im not sure how to fix this but there is road damage on Dyckman Hill Road from the palisade parkway to the Englewood Boat Basin. I don’t expect it to be repaired for some time. There is an alternate route to this location, but Waze doesn’t recognize Henry Hudson Drive south of the GW bridge. I am happy to show someone on the waze map if thats possible.

Thanks for the report - I see you’ve added a segment restriction that is preventing traffic from using Dyckman Hill Rd now. If you look at the Henry Hudson Dr route you will note there is a segment restriction there, placed a few years ago noting it is open for bicycles only. That’s why waze won’t use it. I’ve reached out to the person (Krys) who set that restriction for the source of the restriction.

I remember adding “bicycles only” restrictions - reported in URs and pictures provided by reporter - seems to be open for all traffic now because of the closure/construction for entrance from Dyckman Hill Road. (it may be restricted again after construction on the entrance is over?)

I am going to remove “bicycles only” restrictions.
Do you know for how long the entrance from Dyckman Hill Road will be closed.
I am gating to remove restrictions added by you and add closure to the road.

Hi, Thanks so much! From the look of that road its going to be a long time. It was damaged during a severe rainstorm last year and theres no sign of any work starting. I have a boat in the marina so Ill report back if I see any progress on Dyckman…

Dyckman is out its entire length, from the palasades parkway right down to the river…

Hi I see you closed the upper half of Dyckman, its actually closed right down to the point where I indicated the closure from the app.
