Road closure for construction event - new editor

Hi all,
I am a civil engineer, we have closed a road completely a couple of days ago and I want to report it on waze. The road will be closed for 3+ months.

I have created an event, successfully. But cannot add the closure since I am level 1 (new account).

What is the best way to proceed from here?

Paarl, South Africa. The road which is closed is a section of Lustigan Road.
