Large sections of I-275 and I-71/I-75 in Northern Kentucky are blocked or at a standstill until at least 6PM on Wednesday March 11, 2026. Counties affected are Boone, Kenton and Campbell. Waze will detect traffic and route accordingly
As mentioned, Waze automatically detects that traffic is not “normal” during these events and will route traffic around the backups to the extent possible. However, there is nothing else we can do here since the US Secret Service does not publish or disclose motorcade routes nor the related closures in advance.
