Just a reminder that things like this invariably break TTS.
I was at the red dot heading north, when the TTS stated “Turn left, into Station Rd”.

The Ellerslie Panmure roundabout is a right pain. The way the map is set up at the moment works because of the way the road is configured.
I’ve been through it several times with no TTS problems, and whenever I look at the map I wonder if it can be simplified - but I don’t think it’s possible without completely cocking up TTS instructions.
In a nutshell, it’s ugly but it works.
I was going to pull both intersections apart but I don’t drive them…

The two things I was trying to avoid with the roundabout were directions to take an exit off it when the ramp coming down from the motorway and turning left doesn’t enter the roundabout, and routing heading north taking me again onto the roundabout instead of taking me through the lane that bypasses it.
The other intersection also has a couple of weird turns but in retrospect I may have over complicated it.
Where to from here?
Because the intersection has gradual curves, I was hoping I had set them so in parts it would recommend to stay left or wherever

See those disallowed turns? When you drive through it, that’s how it should be and the way the map is set up at the moment works well.
I don’t believe it should be altered.
I’d be interested to see if TTS works as expected
From my undersatnding this intersection breaks all the rules
I got my mates from OZ to have a look and they agree its got issues. Having said that the only reason I haven’t done anything is you say it works.

Having said that I don’t drive it so can’t really tell…
That section of road in Penrose is a good one.
I have noticed that the left by-pass lane heading north up Gt South Rd is disabled, but everyone uses this bypass lane… wouldn’t that disrupt routing?
Also the left turn lane from EP Hwy turning south onto GSR, wouldn’t that also give an incorrect direction to the driver ? (just my opinion)
That’s about all I can see what’s wrong with it, otherwise, it should work.
