I’ve noticed that Morrow county Ohio has most of its roads referenced by name, yet the county actually numbers the greater part of its roads. I think this is inherited from a different map system. The mapping system also seems to have a large problem with house numbers. As a level 1 editor (yes, I am new), I have no control over most of these items but did want to ask the best way forward with fixing them.
Welcome to editing! I think from a cursory look, a lot of the roads are numbered as TR or Township Roads. We also have the ability to place an Alternate Name on a roadway and a lot of them also have the number as an Alternate name. It won’t display but it is searchable, to assist with routing.
Take a look by clicking on the road and see if an alternate name appears under the primary name in the left panel.
