Road open Fort Collins - Need L4 to remove closure

The bridge work on Mulberry in Fort Collins is finally complete after two years of being closed for eastbound. The WME closure on that segment expired on November 1st, as it should, but I would now like to have it removed. I have L3 access but closures require L4 to remove in WME.

It appears the expiration date on that road is past but the map still indicates Closed. we are now getting a lot of URs as a result. If there is an L4 editor handy, can you please help?
