Rooty Hill, NSW - Smudging (L3)

Hey folks,

This segment needs to have its city change from “Rooty Hill, NSW” to “Rooty Hill”.

Also, the same segment is L3 locked for no apparent reason (it’s a slip lane prior to a roundabout) so maybe it should be set back to L1?

Also, these three segments coming off the M7 have the same issue but should remain locked at L3.
