Route update request - Castle Rock

The route indicated here https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=39.42578&lon=-104.91499&s=17318452240382&zoomLevel=11 took me to a dirt road with the only way to get to the desired address was a gated fire road with no public access. In other words - it was completely incorrect in the destination. I had to backtrack until I got a signal to get revised directions from my friends.

Rather than the overly long route indicated, it should have taken me straight down the frontage road from Plum Creek to Tomah (or exit Tomah) and go west (right) to Castle Butte where you turn right, then following it left, then left on Hiwall.

They said that nav apps often guide delivery people the obscure way from southbound 25 for some reason and it causes issues. Any way to make changes to that route from southbound 25 to that area?

That link doesn’t show a route or where you were going. Can you provide an address?

I have a suspicion that the address is not on the map.

Thanks for following up. There were a number of changes needed in the area. Give it until Wednesday and try the route again. Routing should be good at that point. If it is, please let us know.
