I run into a quirk in the navigation on a route I do all the time, and I am not sure how I should report the problem. I’ll try to do the debug log mode on my phone at some point that I just saw instructions for.
Problem:
When I am in navigation mode going to my work address I go down a road where there is a smaller road that splits off to the right and then merges back eventually at a light from the right. Every time I approach where the road merges in from the right, Waze recalculates my route and puts me on the road from the right (not where I am) and says, “Turn right.” Then it gets back on track when I pass the intersection.
It is as if it thinks I am way off of the road I am on according to GPS so it puts me on the other road. But it does this every time that I remember going that route. So it doesn’t seem like it is related to bad GPS data.
Is this a known problem?
Thanks,
