Sorry if this is not the right way to post this, I’m just following instructions in the app - previously I filled a form there. 
There is a complete closure in the village of Skřivany in the Královehradecký region, which Waze ignores. It takes the closure on Nádražní street into account, but not Za Drahou and V Sádku - these two streets are only available to residents. Skřivany is completely impassable in the direction of Červeněves/Smidary at the moment and will remain so until 08/31/2026, with further closures of the same roads being planned for this and next year.
