Someone has already approved the name “Royal Glass” for me; do you know how I can change the location because what’s in the mobile app is incorrect?

The second place comes from Google Maps. To update it, please contact them through their website.
It has been linked to the place in Waze so that even if it’s selected, navigation will follow the location in Waze.

And another thing, when I type it in the phone app, it doesn’t show up yet. Why?

  1. You need to refresh the page.
    It takes a day or two for it to appear in the results. However, since a link was created, if you choose the second result, you will get this place.
  2. You contact them through their website. It is recommended to just move it to update the location. When there is a request, they usually send an email notification regarding the request and whether it was approved. It looks like a move has already been performed there. Is the location of Royal Glass (רויאל זכוכית) more accurate?

Yes, ROYAL GLASS is more accurate in its location.

  1. By the way, I see that if I put “Royal Glass” in Waze, it leads me to the right place, which is Royal Glass (ROYAL GLASS) — meaning you fixed it, right?

  1. Correct. A link was created in Waze from the Google result to the place defined in Waze. This is a partial fix that only exists within Waze.
    1.1 The location of the Google Maps result has also been updated to the correct position in Google Maps.
  2. This is available to editors with a higher rank than yours. You can view an up-to-date map on the government website.

We have no way of knowing why the page was suspended.
If you have at least one of the documents they requested, attach them and let’s hope the issue is resolved.
