Thanks,

It is outside my editing area, otherwise I’d help out. I’m not sure what happened to the AM for Arkansas, seems like he deleted his account.

Saw that also, bart. Noticed it yesterday, when I tried to send him a PM about locked junction that needed to be updated.
Steve

Where is the locked junction at? I was out around Harrison a couple of months ago and still have some editing rights out in that general vicinity.

I’ll also PM the regional coordinator and see what we can get done, part of my territory extends into SE AR, but not by much.

Hi Bart, it was actually north of your areas, in Dyersburg (TN), LOL! I have already PM’d the RC for the area. If they don’t get to it, I will PM you. It is not critical.

I had hoped he had access to the point, as an L5, even though over the state line.

Steve

Ted left Waze. He may or may not return. I am sad to see him go.

In the mean time.
Anyone have any permissions out there?

Yep, my area stops just south of Covington. Last time I drove through Dyersburg was probably a month before I started using Waze.

If it’s a critical change, I’ve conversed a little with the South Central RC (jasonh300) via PM’s. I think he would help out wherever he could, as time permits.

I sent Jason a PM as well, just to see if I can’t get you guys some help in AR again. I’d take it on myself, but I’m pretty much the only editor for the entire northern part of Mississippi and western TN, so I’ve got my hands pretty well full as it is. As I mentioned, I do have some overlap in eastern Arkansas (just south and west of Marked Tree is the NW corner of my territory, and extends south from there to Louisiana) so if you guys run across any issues in that area, feel free to PM me.

Being that I’m old (LOL), and grew up in NEA, when to college and now live in NWA, and have traversed the north part of the state for over 50+ years, I can help there, with good knowledge. But I’ve hesitated asking for AM in those places, figuring I am reasonably new.

Maybe those of us in NWA should consider taking on some areas that we know well… ???

If you’re familiar with the area, meet the AM requirements, and feel like you are up to the task, I’d go ahead and apply to be an AM for as large of an area that you are comfortable with. I started out with just a few counties in NW Mississippi after I had been editing for 4-5 months. You can always have the area enlarged later if you wish.
