Please consider adding safety features for hotspot crime areas in Cape Town especially the airport routes out and back into Cape Town/Blouberg areas. A lady was killed on Jakes Gerwell road end of last year and on Saturday I witnessed a smash and grab at the same place which WAZE Took me though. How can we make WAZE safer for Cape Town and South Africa? I read from a WAZE champ that “Waze has a feature to avoid High Risk areas but these polygons must be established and provided to Waze by official government authorities. Waze does not apply these themselves. You will need to escalate this yourself within your country. “
