San Luis Obispo - Ashley & Vance Engineering Location change

We’d like to request a correction to our workplace location on Waze. The current address listed is “1413 Monterey St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401,” but our new address is “1229 Carmel St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, USA.”

We’ve noticed a strange issue where the search results sometimes show the correct Carmel Street location, but when users select ‘drive,’ they are directed to the old Monterey Street address. This has been confirmed by several people in our office, so it’s not just a personal error.

Could you please update this as soon as possible? Thanks for your help!

You will need to clear the navigation cache for this address if you have used Waze to route there before. To clear the navigation cache for this address please follow these steps:

IMPORTANT STEPS- From the home screen tap Where to?, scroll to the address, long press on the address until the next menu appears, and then tap Remove drive. Do this for ALL instances of this address in your search history. Repeat these steps in Saved places, Home, and Work, if applicable. Then re-add the destination. These steps will clear the navigation cache for this address. If this is not done you will continue to get improper navigation.
