Reason: The speed limits along this road are all incorrect. It is listed at 30moh along all of Hopkins, but several sections between Charles Austin Dr and CM Allen Parkway need to be changed to 40mph. I have reported the issue while driving the road several times in the last year.
Unlock to level: I don’t know what my level might be, and I’m not particularly worried about you unlocking it to my level, I’ll happily fix it if you allow me, but I’m happy to let a Level 3 deal with it.
