Saving Error, No permission to make changes - HELP

Hi,

This probably has been asked countless of times but I’m having trouble navigating the forum so I’ll just post this here. I’ve been trying to add a point in waze and saving errors always appear in the end. How can I add a point? How do I gain permission? Can someone guide me how to add a point please? Thank you so much in advance.

Welcome to the Waze forum and thank you very much for your question.

At the moment, there is a temporary restriction for level 1 users to make any edits on the Waze map. There is no specific timeline this restriction will be lifted as we are all waiting to hear from the Waze staff.

For the time being, I can assist you in adding the point on the Waze map if you can tell me the business name.
