There’s a note that says new maps will be available July 2014, but it’s obviously past that. I sent them an e-mail inquiring, and this was the response:
Thanks for contacting us concerning the new functional classification maps. Unfortunately production of these new maps have been delayed. We plan to finish researching and documenting any recommended functional classification changes in December, and we can then begin making the official maps. Production of all the maps will take 3 or 4 months to complete. Therefore, I’ve already asked our IT department to update the message on our website to indicate that the new maps should be available by April 2015.

Anyone know the status of this or should I try messaging them again?
Long time, no see! Feel free to get in touch with them again, if you’d like; I was planning on giving them a couple more weeks.
Life’s been busy, but I should be back now, with what free time I have to spare at least.
I sent the same dude that replied last time a direct e-mail this time, if no response in a couple weeks I’ll try again at the generic webform contact method. Or call.

Almost all of the new maps have been approved by FHWA. Once they are all approved, we’ll post them to the web. I expect this will be completed within the next 2 weeks.
You’re not a bother at all! Please feel free to touch base with me again if you don’t see them on the web by April 24th.

We are currently double checking to be sure we have all the signed maps back from FHWA. Assuming that we have all of them, our plan is to publish them to the web this week.

And this came back this morning:
James, we are waiting on FHWA to approve the maps. They are close but have not completed their review. I hope it will be sometime this week but do not hold me to it since I have no control on when the review is complete. Once we have them we will put them on our web site so you can get them.
