Richland County is done. The CDP’s of Hopkins, Dentsville, and Woodfield are included, as are the unincorporated communities of Congaree, Horrel Hill, Lykes, Killian, Pontiac, and Lake Carolina. I also submitted one for the smudged town of Saint Matthews.
Fort Jackson (incorporated as part of Columbia) has its own polygon overlaying part of the Columbia polygon; I don’t know if that should be deleted or not, because it DOES notate the fort, but it isn’t a town.
