It used to be that whenever my route was set, I could search “sheetz” or any other business and the results list would include a +9 min (or however much time) that each business would add to the trip time. It was really helpful for planning a stop.
Is this feature still available?
I feel you! It was pretty handy for planning pit stops during road trips. But I don’t think that feature is available anymore. Hopefully they’ll bring it back someday.
you’re right that the ability to see how far off route businesses are has been removed from Waze. That was super useful when planning stops on long drives. I wonder why they took that feature away? It seems like something users would find helpful. Maybe enough people complained that Waze decided to reconsider bringing it back.
